“I can honestly say that working with Henley has changed my life in so many ways. I’ve seen progress in both my physical capabilities and my mindset. Our work together has helped me find joy in movement, which is a feat for someone who has always hated exercise. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and is an amazing problem solver when faced with a physical challenge. I’m so grateful that I found her and would recommend her to absolutely anyone.” – Ann H.
“Working with Henley has been hands down one of the best things I’ve done for my health. I was so nervous to work with a trainer due to previous knee surgery and fear of injury, but Henley’s extensive knowledge and empathy helped me succeed with my strength, mobility, and overall fitness goals. I’ve gained so much confidence in my body, and the best part is that I’m free of knee pain and have avoided any additional knee surgery. I highly recommend Henley as a trainer, especially if you have past injuries or don’t know where to start on your journey.” – Cecelia M.
“I have been dealing with chronic sciatic pain for a few years and have been very nervous to return to exercise because of that. With Henley’s knowledge of spine-related injuries, she can appropriately select exercises that are beneficial and safe for me. Anyone who deals with chronic pain can understand that it takes a toll on your emotional health as well. Henley is very aware of that and ensures that I feel good about my body and what it does for me.” – Neelam Z.
